My clinic instructions is to have them all removed by week two and we are starting at Day 6

It is very odd how clinics have different guidelines for the exact same thing. My clinic told me that I should start gently washing my transplanted area at day 3-7 with panthenol spray and baby oil and start rubbing gently at day 8-9 and that all scabs preferable should be rubbed off completely by day 10-11. My scabs started crumbling off at day 6-7 so I had no problem but it is just very confusing when you are having your first transplant when the information is not mutual between clinics/experts. My tip would be to let the scabs be on your head for at least 8 days without putting any effort in towards trying to get it off since your whole scalp will be covered by a big layer of scab for healing, the scab will start to split and shed a little when it is ready to come off and you can pour water on to your head to make the scab dry up in between your daily wash. I had 4000 grafts done so I had a lot of scab and it was a little painful by the day 5-6 as it started to split but pouring a little water on top of my head made it more manageable as the tight scab loosened up a little. The scab might also create the illusion of your graphs being divided but it is normal because it stretches the skin as i hardens in weird ways, also, you will lose some hair when the scab falls off since they are stuck together but not the follicle itself which will grow new hair when it is time. Do not scratch your head with nails or try to pull scab straight off your head since it might cause some damage if you are unlucky. When it is time; Soak your scabs and gently rub in a circular motion with your fingertips after at least 8 days and it should be fine, you do not need to get rid of it all at once, do a little rubbing on your head every day and the scab will slowly come off, you can rub harder at day 10-11 to get all scab off when your head has healed a little more, still, do not pull on scab that seems to be stuck since it can cause damage if unlucky, just soak and rub and you can do this multiple times a day if needed at this point.

Please clear my doubt I am 19, my hairline is very low but recently suffering from tinea capitis which was fixed in half month medication, I noticed that my temples are receding and my low square temple hairline which was till my middle part of the eyebrow has gone 1cm back and became a straight line leaving baby hair in place of receded area I am very worried is it receding or not? Note:I am also a vegetarian

Man .. the shock loss phase I underestimated 😂.. went from “ man I feel like the shit” with a nice buzz cut & hairline to “ i look like shit & why did I do this’!!” It was all worth it tho! That ugly duckling phase was terrifying & full of anxiety!! But the outcome was more than I could have expected! Feel and look so much better .. But even better than that is a shaved head with tattoo after your remaining head hair has gone unseen beneath your scalp because it matches your skin color and therefore does not show through: white hair if your skin is light or dark hair if your shin is dark, or even better if your skin hair has simply stopped growing at all and you have transformed your prominent dome with a beautiful tattoo! I shaved my sixty year old head of hair in 2009 so that I could have my head tattooed and now there is no shadow because what hair still grows there is nearly invisible! But I keep it shaved regularly because it looks great and feels even better! Don’t ruin it with smp tattoo ink. Enhance it with ART! And if you have an opinion about anyone’s tattoos, wherever on the body they are, I would say feel free to let them know your opinion!! But I would suggest that the probably really do not care what you think.
